机井用电统一采用预付费表计量，在配电房集中装设，一线一表、一表多卡、户户持卡、刷卡用电。10千伏配电变压器容量根据所带机井深度、数量和电机功率确定，以100千伏安、200千伏安为主，原则上每个配电区所带机井数量不超过15眼，平均每眼机井灌溉农田约50亩、距配电房一般不超过500米。三是惠民效果明显。
